30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your first purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- The request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- The product must be from your first order only
- Limit one refund per household
- Photo proof of the product may be required
This guarantee applies to the product price only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
The 30-Day Guarantee is intended to allow customers to try the product risk-free and does not apply to multiple units, bundles, or repeat subscription shipments.
Returns
Due to the hygienic and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened or used items.
We may accept returns of unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery if in original condition and packaging.
Customers must contact support before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued for:
- First-order satisfaction guarantee (see above)
- Damaged item
- Incorrect item received
- Lost in transit
- Approved unopened return
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds for:
- Products opened or used beyond the 30-Day Guarantee allowance
- Multiple units or repeat orders under the guarantee
- Requests after 30 days
- Subscription renewals already processed or shipped
- Customer ordering the wrong item
- Carrier delays
- Refused deliveries
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photo of item
- Photo of packaging
We will provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow:
- 3–5 business days processing
- Additional bank processing time
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We are committed to resolving issues quickly. Customers agree to contact us before initiating a payment dispute.
Submitting a chargeback after receiving a refund or after confirmed delivery may be considered fraudulent. We reserve the right to provide order confirmation, tracking, and communication records to payment processors to contest invalid disputes.
