Cancellation policy

We offer one-time purchases and optional subscription purchase plans for select products. By selecting a subscription option at checkout, you agree to the following terms.

Subscription Billing

Subscription orders are billed automatically at the delivery frequency selected during checkout (for example, every 30 or 60 days). Your payment method on file will be charged at the start of each billing cycle unless the subscription is canceled prior to renewal.

Canceling or Modifying a Subscription

You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time through your customer account portal or by contacting our support team.

To avoid being charged for your next shipment, cancellations must be submitted before your next billing date. Once a renewal has been processed, the order enters fulfillment and cannot be canceled.

Refunds on Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are eligible for refund only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it is considered fulfilled and is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund. You may still cancel your subscription to prevent future renewals.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Duplicate Orders / Accidental Renewals

If you believe you were charged in error or received a duplicate subscription order, please contact us within 7 days of the charge. We will review and assist promptly where applicable.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We are committed to resolving any issues quickly. Customers agree to contact us first to resolve any subscription or billing concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating a chargeback after receiving a refund or after an order has shipped may be considered fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to provide billing records, shipment confirmation, and subscription authorization to payment processors to contest invalid disputes.
